Be it reaolved by t2ie City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows[
' WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6th day of July _____, 194 3 ao-
cepted the offer of Harold Bro«�n and Blenche Brown, husband and
wif�, �s ,joint tenants �
for the purchase of all of the rlght, title and interest of
" the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; �
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
woo& does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to

as ,joint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub3ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservat�ons and easements of record. and sub,ject
to Bond No. 473 for installation of aep

or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City rof Lynwood of
the sum af Three Hundred ancl.no/100 Dollars (�300.OQ)
the Mayor of the C1t;� of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and direcLed *.,o ex�cut,e a deed of conveJan.ce of cer-
tai:, lar.d herre.'.t:a�':�:i •�,��cribed conveying the same as above

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and th�t the City
r Clerk o£ said City is he:ebyr autho.r�zed to attest said,
deed and to affix the Gity ,eal o� the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. Tiiat the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to.sign any
eacrow 2greement necessary to complete the transfer of sald
"lands'. � ' _
Section 4. That the City C1'erk of said City is author-
, ized to deliver" said deed to the grAntee therein named, on
behaTf of.the said Citv of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon cor.-
8ition that the said corisideration shall have been paid to
said Ci.ty. �
