u'HEREAS; the City Couricil of the City of Lyriwood has

cepted the offer of Sidney Herbert Stevens
' fo'r the purcliase of all of the rlght, title and interest of
. the�City of Lynwood in and to certain lande lying within

NOW, THF�REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
� Section 1, That..the City of Lynwood shall convey to

said property hereinafter described, subject to conditionsj
restrietions, 'reservations and easements of record,,, and sub,ject
to bond issued in refunding A. & 2. District No. 19. ".
That the City shall convey to said pur,cliaser no other
or greater tltle to said lands than has been acquired by
said City. .
8ection 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of

the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
' orized and directed +.� zx�cute a deed of conveyance of cer-

Clerk of said City is he�eby author�zed to attest said

Seetion 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authori2ed to sign any
eacrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.

ized to deliver saicl deed to the grnntee therein named; on
