Be it resolved by the City Council cf the City of Lyn-
wood, Galifornia, as fo�lows:
WHERE�S, the City Counc�l of the City of Lynatood has
� heretofore, on the 3rd_ day of August�_� lgg 3 ac-
cepted the offer of Edward A. Shively and Hazel A. Shively
husband and wife, a.s joint tenants .
for the purchase of all of the right, title ar.d intErest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certiain lar.ds lying VJith�n
said City; '
NOW, TH�'REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete;mine and order as folloc��s:
Section l, That the City of Lynwood shal.l convey.to.
the said Edward A. Srively a.nd HazeT A. Snively, husband -
and vJife, as ,Joint tenants .
said property hereinafter described, subject to conditions,
restrlctions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey .to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acqnired by
said:City,

Clerk of said City i� hereby author�zed to attest said

Section 3. TYiat the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
` on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said

ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on

dition that tlie said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.

County, California.
