Be it resolved by the City Council cf the�City of Lvr-
wood, Cali£ornia, as foliows:
WHEREAS, the City Counc�l of the CiT,y of Lyrr�veod has
heretofore, on the �ra _ day ef _AUgust_ _� 1943 ac-
cepted the ofier of J. ?�diles Stevens and Bernadine B. Stevens,
hueband and v��ife, a.s ,Joint tenants
for the purcl�se of all of the rig:�t, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to ceriain lar.ds lying with^_n
said City;
NOW, THEREFOP,E, the City Gouncil of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follo�vs:
Section 1. That the City of Ly mvood shall convey to
� the said J. I�.�Iiles Stevens and Bernadine B. Stevens, husi:�and
and v�ife, as Joint tena.nt�
" said property hereinafter described, sub,fect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations ar.d easements of record, '
That the City shall convey to said. purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been�acqUired by

Section 2. That upon payment to the City cf i��nisood of
the svm of Seven Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�'700.00)

deed and to affix the City real of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the sa9..d City of L�;�wood.
� Section 3. That the Niayor and Citp Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereb,y authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said
- lands.
Section 4, Th�t the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the �rantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citg of I�ynv!ood, as soon as, or upon c.on-
dition that the said consideration sha1Z have been paid to
said City:
