THEREIN,
Be it resolved by the City Council of the�City of Lyn- .
Uiood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwaod has
heretofore; on the 3rd _ day of August ��� lgg 3 ac- •`
cepted the offer of Harvey Lar�;ent and Dovie Frances Largent,
hu;:band and tivife, as ,�oint tenants .
for the purchase of all of the rignt, title and interest of •
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Counci2 of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Harvey La.rgent and Dovie Frances Largent, hueband
and vrife, as ,Jolnt tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or $reater title to said lands than has been acquired by
, sai.d City. ' -
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynti+�ood of
. the sum of Nine Y.undred and no/100 Dollars. (�k900.00)
the Mayor ef the City of Lyriwood is hereby auth-
� ori�ed and d.i..r��:Leu *.,o ex�cute a deed of conveya.ce of cer-

on behalf of the �aid Ci�y of Lynu�ood, and that th'e City

deed and to affix the City aea7. of the City of Lynwcod
thereto, on behalf of tne sa�..d City of L�;;�woo�.
' ,Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerlc of said City,
on behalf of said City, are herebq authorized to sign any
esorow agreement necess�ry to complete the transfer of said
lands. �
Section 4. Thttt the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the ;rantee therein named, on
- behalf of the said Citv of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
� dition that tlie said consideration shall have been paid to
said Ci ty.
