RESOLUTION SELLING CEHTAI;? REA� ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZINU THE �XECUiION OF' A DEF�D
UPON PAYPvIENT OF THn CONSIDERATION NANED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the CSty Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows: �
WHF.REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 3rd day of August __, 194 3 ac-
cepted the offer of Peter J. Zmyslony and . ,

for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lande lying within
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows;
• Section 1� That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Pe�er J. Zmyslony and N:ary A. Zmyslony, husbc.nd and
, and wife, as ,joint tenants �
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictiona, reservatione and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or grea.ter title. to said lands than has been acquireci by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Four Hunared.a.nd no/100 Dollars (�400.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-

Section 3. That the Mayoi and City Clerls of said Ci.ty,.
on behalf of sa.id City, are hez�eb,y authorized to sign any
escrow a�reement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands;
Section 4. 'Phat the Gity Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lyne�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that tlie said consideration shs.11 have been paid to
said City.
' 5ection 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
