RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIPI REAi ESTATE
AND AUTHORI'LINU THE EXECUTION OF A DEFD
UPON PAYNIEPIT OF TiiE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHF.REAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6th _ day of _ p p'' -1 �_, 194 3 ac-
cepted the offer of Ho�serd Fullerton and N?argaret Fullerton,
husG�nd ar.d wife, as ,joint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
eaid City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the C1ty of Lyn-
wo0d does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the sald Howard Fullerton and I�Rargaret Fullerton, husband
and 4V1fP.� as ;�oint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City ahall convey to said purchaser no other
or gree.ter title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Six Huncsed Fifty Dollars and no/100 (�65Q.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
ori�c.c and directed *..o er.�cute a deed of conveyance of cer-

deed and to affix the City seG7. of tre oity of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf af tne said City oi Lyn�nrooc;.
Section 3. That the Mayor and Cit;� Cier?c of said City,
on behalf of said City, are her�eby authorized to sign any
e5crow a�;reement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. 'Phat the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the �rantee therein named on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv!ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that tlle sAid considerAtion shall have been paid to
� said City.
' Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
