for Streets of Major Importance other than State Highvaays in

THEHEFORE, BE ST RESOLVED b,y the Cit�� Council of the
^ity of Lynsrood that under the provisions of Sections 194 and
195 of the Streets and Highways Code, the 1�4 cent ga� tax all-
ocated £or streets o£ major importance other than State high-
;vays be accumulated for future expenditure, and that sa.id pro-
ject statement bo and the same is hereby approved, and the
R4ayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on be-
half' of the said City, said project statement to be binding
upon the City upon its er,ecution by the authorized ofP:icials
of the State,
