CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-18
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM HAMEL ATHLETIC CLUB
WHEREAS, The Hamel Athletic Club has generously offered to donate equipment
consisting of a scoreboard, batting cage fencing and materials, benches, and windscreens (the
"Donation") to improve the ball fields at Hamel Legion Park, to the city of Medina (the "City");
and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be installed in Hamel Legion Park; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to the
Hamel Athletic Club for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks the Hamel Athletic Club.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Crosby)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
