This Rate Schedule is incorporated by reference into the Agreement dated August 18, 2010 (and, where applicable, any
Rider attached thereto) between Brink's U.S., a Division of Brink's, Incorporated ("Brink's") and CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY 9701 LAS TUNAS DRIVE TEMPLE CITY CA 91780 ("Customer").
Service Days:
3x/week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Transaortation Rates:
$234/month
Fuel Surcharge
NON SCHEDULED SERVICE DAYS:
$45.00 per trip
HOLIDAY / SUNDAY SERVICE DAYS:
$65.00 per trip
Excess Premise Time;
$2.25 per minute over five (5) minutes
Excess Items:
$2.25 per item over seven (7)
Excess Liability:
$0.15 per thousand or fraction therefore for any amounts exceeding the maximum liability coverage per shipment specified
on the mutally agreed upon service agreement
A fuel adjustment will be determined on a monthly basis according to the charts and formula below. The formula to
determine the fuel surcharge is:
Applicable fee(s) for Services requiring/involving transportation for the month x fuel surcharge percentage as set
forth in the table below = Total fuel surcharge
Fuel Prices will be based on the U.S. Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration, Retail On -Highway Diesel
Fuel Prices reported monthly.
