Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as followe:
9r'HEREAS, the City Covncil oi the City of Lynvaood in
its regular meeting held I�,Qay 16, 1933 approved the recommenda-
tion of the Los Angeles County pe�ional Plannin� Commission's
plan of Count;� highways insofar as it affected tne City of
Lynwood;
�"fr.EREaS, the City oi L,ynwood has heretofore made
applications to the Boa.rci of Supervisors of Los Angeles County
, to purchase the State's interest in certa_in tah deeded property,
said applicatione being filed pursuant to �rovisions of Sectione
3897d and 3897.3 of the Political Code of the State o_ Calif-
ornia;
IkHEREAS, certain of the properties to oe purchased
co�ne within the proposed Count� plan of highvaay�, and may come
within subsequent amendmenta to said plan, if any;
D1Ci� TH�REFORE, be it resolved py t'r_e City Council
of the �ity of Lynwood as follo�+s, to-wit:
That the City of Lynwood_ agrees to decica.te &RC�. Pe
serve for street purposes o�,nership cr easement of any parcel
of property, or pa.rt tnereof, which the City of Lvn�uood pur-
chasee from the Boe.rd of Supervisors o_° Los Angeles County
and tne State of Caliiornia under t'r_e provisions of Sections
-1- �
3897d and 3897.5 of tne Califor.nis Political Code that come
�vithin the proposed regiona.l plan oF high�rays as heretofore
adopted b3 the Boerd of Supervisora oi Los Angeles County and
the City of �ynwood, or mc.y come iaithin any anendments to said
� regional plan of highhGys as hereafter adopted by the Board of
Supervisors of Los Angeles County and approved by:.the City of
Lynwood.
