The commission looked at the plans for Walcott Valley4 a garden apartment complex to be^constructed off Walcott Street,,
Various questions were raised that were'felt needed further
explanation. Septic systems did not have a perculation test at
each 3lte„ Traffic could be a problem and exactly how much
cutting and filling were to be done*
Warrent articles were suggested, for Ice House Pond
for f 11 s000 for the daia and #2,000 for the conservation, fund*
