Be it resolved b,y Uhe Cit;� Council oi the Cit� of Lyn-
tivood a� follovas:
WHEREAS, the City of�Lynwood are new installing sewer
lines in the Eaeterly portion of the City of Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, a portion of this trork proposed to be in-
stalle3 lies within County unincorporated territory,
N041, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Sup-
ervisors of Los Angeles County be and they are hereby reques-
ted to grani, permissicn to the Cit,y of Lynerood to inst,�.11 an
8 inch sanitary seiver, together witl� house connections and ap-
purtenant work in the first alley easterly from Atla,ntic Ave-

nue exten3ii3g from Century Bouleva.rd to High�uay;

all in accordance with Plan No. 301 on file in the offices of
the County Surveyor and County Roa.d Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLUED that all maintenance work in
connection with tha o�eration of said lines vJill be done by
and at the e�pense of the said City of Lynwood.
