Be it resolved b,y the City Council of the City of Lynurood, California, as follows: !?7HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lymwood ha.s here- tofore, on the 29th da.y of October, 1940, accepted the offer of 1°Jarren P. Scott for the purchase of all of the right, title a.nd interest of the City of Lynvaood in ai�d to certain lands lying vaithin said_ City; and F:'I-IERL'AS, the pronerties hereinafter described c=aere ine7_ud- ed in said Aurch�se 2nd sale agreement; and [`1HEREPS, sa.id.'F'arren P. Scott has by assignment duly exe- cuted and_ filed r+rith the Cit,y Clerk. of the Cit,y of Lym�ood sold , __.- ,,. ° - and assigned to A4orco Ineurance A�ency, Inc., a corporation, all . ri�hts arising from said a�reement pertaining to the properties ' hereina.fter described; and �-"/:-iEREA5, eaid. .uiorco 7r.sura.nce Agency, Ine. , a corpora.tion, has exercised the option contained�in sai.d agreement and h2.s re- , • , , quested a. conveyance to it of the properties hereinafter describ- ed under the terms of said a�reement..
