Ut'ON PAYivTENT OF TH� CONSIDEHAZ'ION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of tne City of Lynwood,
California, a� follo�rs:
Y�HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lyn}.wood has here-
tofore, on October 29, 1940, accepted the offer of Warren P.
Scott for the purchase by him �nd sa,le by the City of certain
properties in the City of L,yncaood acquired b,y s2id Qit,y by pur-
chase ?rom the County of Los Angele�. That the properties here-
� inafter described are a portion of the properties covered by said
�, agreement of purchase and sale; a.nd
�t V+'HEI�r:AS, said Warren P. Scott has requested the convey2.nce
� to him of the,properties hereinafter described under the terms
�� of LL vaid a.�reement, �
NO',�l, THE?3EFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
i does hereby reeolve, deterrnine and order a.s follows:
f Section 1. That the saifl City of Lynevood sh311 convey to

the said '^'arren P. Scott said lands hereinafter,described,:sub-
� ,�ect to conditions, restrictione, reservations a.nd easements of
i record and sub,ject to asaessments a.nd reasse�sments and bond.ed
? liens of record. Tha.t the said City ei�?a17. convey to said �ur-

f chasen c�a cther or greater �title to sa.id lands th3n ha.s been ao-

i auired by said City.
� Section 2. That : upo m� na.yment to said City of the sum
� of Fou-r�Th Nine Hundred, Sixty-Yive and 51/100 Dollars .

said City is hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed of
conveya.nce of said la.nds, conveying the same as above specified.
to the said Warren P. Scott, on behalf of the said Gity of Lyn-
i*rood, and tha.t the City Clerk of sa.id City is hereby authorized
to attest said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorpor-
ated City of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of.Lyn-
��:ood.
Section 3. Tlzat Mayor and City Clerk are hereby author-
ized to sign on behalf of the said City of Lynwood any escrow
agreement necessary to complete transfer of said lands.
Section 4. That the eaid. City Clerk is authorized to de-
11ver said deed to the said Warren P. Scott, or into escrow for
the said Warren P. Scott, on behalf of the sai@ City.of Lynwood,
as soon ae, or upon condition that the said consideration shall
ha.ve been paid to sa.id City.
Section 5. The lands covered b,y this resolution and author-
ized to be conveyed as hereinabove provided are described as
follows, to ivit:
