Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood as followa: �4�EREAS, this City Council did, on January 7, 1941, adopt its Resolution No. 1279, offering to purchase certain tax deeded property iro� the County of Los Angeles with the approval.of the State Controller: and V� EREAS, said resolution, by reference, incorporates a pro- posed agreement bet��een the City of Lyn��rood znd the County of Los Angeles providing for tre sale oy the County and,purchase by the City of the ta.x deeded parcels described therein; and P1HERr�AS, the Board of Supervisors of the County o° Los Angeles have by resolution rea,uired that before a sale of tax. deeded lands may be had to a municipality, assurance must be given tha.t upon resale by tne municip�lity a notice thereof will be given by publication once a week Por three weeks in a newspaper published and circula.ted in said municipality. NO"', TfiE�FORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: Section l.
