FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREMMENT FOR
DIAL -A -RIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
The undersigned do hereby amend the Agreement between the City of Temple City
(CITY) and First Transit (CONTRACTOR), dated July 1, 2011, as follows:
Exhibit "C" COMPENSATION
The CITY shall pay CONTRACTOR to perform such additional services provided for
herein as follows:
Year 2
$300 per month, not to exceed $900 per year, for monthly costs associated with Simpli
Transport scheduling software;
$1,000 for the purchase of a computer and monitor to be used exclusively in support of
the Simpli Transport scheduling software. Computer and monitor will be returned to
City upon completion of contract.
$2,500 for the installation of MOR/ryde suspension system on one vehicle used
exclusively for Temple City Dial -A -Ride program.
Year 3
$300 per month, not to exceed $3,600 per year, for monthly costs associated with
Simpli Transport scheduling software;
$5,000 for the
installation of MOR/ryde
suspension system on two (2) vehicles used
exclusively
for
Temple City
Dial -A -Ride
program
if requested
by CITY.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned Amendment, all other provisions of said
Agreement, including other provisions of Exhibit "C", shall remain in effect.
