Meetings scheduled for November 5,1945 and December 3rd,1945
were adjourned there being no business to come before the
meeting.
Minutes of the meeting of the Town Commission held on December
24th,1945.
Present: Commissioners W. S. Webb and Wm.J. Bauer
Minutes of the meeting held on October 26th,1945 were read,
approved and ordered filed.
There was introduced and read at this meeting for the first time,
an ordinance approving a Municipal Lighting aggeement with the
Florida Power & Light Company whereby the Power Company would furnish
and sell the Town with Street Lights and Power, for a period of tan
years with the option of renewing for another five •rears unless
termindted by written notice by either party not more than ninety
days nor less than thirty days before the termination of said ten
years.
There being no further business th come before the meeting it
adjourned,
