TIES AS 8ET FORTH I?� AESOLUTION N0. 1234.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the Ci�y of Lynwood
as follows:
ti�r.REAS, tne City Council did, on P.4ay 8, 1940, a3opt
its Resolution Dio. 1234 (now knorvn as No. 37 by the
County of Los Angeles), oPfering to purchase certain tax deeded
property from the County of Los Angeles ��itn the approval of the
State Controller, and
4t'HEREAS, said resolution, by reierence, incorporates a
proposed agreement between the City of Lyrn�rood an3 the County of
. Los Angeles providing for the sale by.tne County and ourchase by
the City of the tax deeded parcels described therein; and
VJHEREF�, the Board of supervisors of the.County of lios
� Angelea have by resolution required that before a sale of tax
deeded landa may be had to a municipality, assurance must be gi-
ven that upon resale by the Prtunicipality a idotice thereof �ill be �
given by oublication once a �veek Yor three weeks in a newspaper "
published and circulated in said �unicipaiity.
?�10W, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1: That upon the resale of the properties descri-
bed in Resolution No. 1234 , hereto:ore adopted by this City Coun-
cil, or any of said parcels, a notice of the intention of this
City Council to resell said parc2ls �Nill be published once a week
