CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-26
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF MAYOR
THOMAS M. CROSBY, JR.
WHEREAS, Thomas M. Crosby, Jr. is currently the Mayor of the city of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on April 12, 2013, Thomas M. Crosby, Jr. submitted a letter of resignation
from his position addressed to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Thomas M. Crosby, Jr.'s resignation from his position shall become effective
on April 16, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Thomas M. Crosby, Jr.'s letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Martinson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martinson, Pederson, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Crosby)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
