INTERE$T, CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY RE-
QUIRE THE CANCELLATION OF' UNPAID_ACQUI-

Be it resolved by the City Council oP the 8ity oY Lyn-
wood as Pollows:
Section 1. That all of the bonds and intereat coupons
" of Lynwood Acquisition and Improvement District No. 16 have
• been duly cancelled under authority oY proper action by the
Lynwood City Counail and the Loa Angeles County Board of
Supervisors.
' Seotion 2. That the publie intereet, convenience and
necesaity require the cancellation of all of the uncollected
assessmenta and�or special asaesament:taxea, interest, pen-
- � elties and coats appertaining thereto, which have been levied -
for the payment of the bonde and/or interest coupona of said
Lynwood Acquisition and Zmprovement District No. 16.
$ection 3. That the Los Angeles County Tax Collector
and Auditor are hereby duly authorized, ordered and directed
to cancel from the tax recorda all uncolleeted aesesamenta
and/or epecial assessment taxea, interest, penalties and coete
appertaining thereto,. which have been Ievied for the payment
, .
of the bonds and�or intereat coupone of Lynwood Acquieition
and Improvement Diatrict No. 16.
Section 4. That the eancellationshereinabove ordered
are made in auch a raanner as to reduce the burden on the tax-
naqers within said district uniformly and proportionately upon
all of the lands in said dietrict.
Bection 5. That the City Glerk is hereby direeted to

certlEy to the edoption of thia resolution and to deliver the
required number of copies thereof to the Auditor and Tax Col-
lector of Los Angeles County.
