RESOLUTION N0. 1305
RESOLUTION SELLINCk CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE E}CECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYMENT OF THE GONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN. . -- _
Be it reaolved by the City Council of the City oP Lynwood,
Galifornia, as follows:
WHEREAB, the City Council of,the City of Lynwood has here-
' tofore, on October 29, 1940, accepted the offer of l�arren P.
Scott for the purchase by him and sale by the City of.certain
properties in the City of Lynwood acquired by said .City by pur-
chase from the County of Los Angeles. That the propertiea here-
inafter described are a portion of the properties covered by said .
� a�reement of purchase and sale; and
WHEREAS, said Warren P. Scott has requested the conveyance
to him of the propertiea hereinafter deacribed under the terms
� _ _ .__
- � oY eaid agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwoofl.
doea hereby resolve; determine an@ order as followe:
Section 1. That the sald Gity of Lynwood ahall convey to
the said Warren P. Scott aaid lands hereinafter described, sub-
. ject to conditions, restrictiona, reservations and easements of
record and sub3ect to assessments and reassessments and bonded
liens of reaord. That the said City sha11 coMVey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said landa than has been
acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to,said City of the sum of
Eightq-One and 57%100 Dollars ($81.57), the Mayor of said City
3s hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed of convey-
ance of sald lAnds, conveying the same as above specified to
the eaid t�arren P. Scott, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
and that the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to

atteat said deed and to affix the City seal oP the incorporated
City of Lynwood thereto, on behalP of the said Citq of Lynwood.
Seetion 3. That said bTayor and City Clerk are herebq
suthorized to sign on behalf of the said Cit� of Lynwood anq
esorow agreement neceasary to complete transfer oP said 3ands.
Section 4. Thst the sald Gity Clerk is authorized to de-
.liver eaid deed to the said Warren P. Scot�, or into escrow Por
the said Warren P. Scott, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
as soon as, or upon condition that the said cone3deration ahall
have been paSd to said City.
Section 5. The landa covered by thia resolution and author-
ized to be conveyed as hereinabove provided sre deseribe8 as
followa, to wit:
Those certain paroels of land in the City of Lynwood,
County of Los•Angelea, 8tate of California, describ-
ed as followa:
Lot 13, Block 12, in Mod�eaka Park, as per Book 9,
Pages 142 and 143 of Maps, Recorda of said Los An-
�elea Gour�t�. ,
- 'liot T041, in Tract No. 3025, as per Book 35, Pages "
�3 and 44 of Mapa, Records of sai@ Los Angeles County.
Lot 9, Block F and Lot.16 (exeept �i�hat part 1n etrest),
Block H, in Traet No. 6473, as per Book 70, Page 15
of Maps, Recorda of Los Angeles Goun�y.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April , 1941.
