RESOLUTION 3ELLING CERTAIN REAL EBTATE
AND AUZ'HORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYI�HENT OF' THE CONSIDERATION' NANlED
THEREIN. . .. . _ . -
Be.: it resolved by the City Councll of the City of Lynwood,
California, as followa:
WfiEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has here-
tofore, on the 29th day of October, 1940, accepted the offer of
Warren P. 8cott for the purohase oi all of the right, title and
intereat of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying
within aaid City; and
WHEREAS, the properties hereinaYter deacribed were includ-
ed in said purchaee and sale agreement; and
YIHEREAS, said Warren P. 9cott has by asaignment duly exe,-

� cuted and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood aold
and aesigned to Sequoia lnvestment Corporation, a CaliYornia
corporation, all righta arisin� from said agreement pertaining
to the properties hereinafter described; and
1qHEREAS, said Sequola Investment Corporation, a California
corporation, has exerciaed the option contained in said agree-
ment and has requested a conveyance to it of the properties
hereinafter deacribed under the terme of said agreement.
NOY�, THEAEFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
doea hereby resolve; determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to the
said Sequola Investment Corporation, a California corporation,
eaid properties hereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservationa and easementa of record and sub,�ect
to asaessmenta and reassessments and bonded liens oP record. .
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other or greater

title to eaid lands than hsa been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lyn�ood oY the
eun of Two Hundred Elghty-Three and 22/100�Dollars (�283.22) the
�ayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a deed oP.conveyance of certain landa hereinafter des-
cribed, aonveying_the eame ae above apecified to the,3equoia ln-
vestment Corporation, a California corporation, on behalf of the
said City of Lynwood, and that the City Clerk of eaid City is
hereby authorized to attest eaid deed and to affix the Citq seal
of the incorporated:�. City of Lynwood thereto, on behalf oP the
eaid City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City, on
behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to aign any escrow
agreement necessary to complete the transfer of eaid landa.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is authorized
to deliver said deed to the grantee thereln named, on behalf of
the said City oP Lynwood, as soon as, or upon condition that the -
eaid conaideration ehaTl have been paid to eaifl City.
Section 5. The propertiee conveyed by this agreement are
described as follows; to wit:
