That the supplement budget propoeal submitted by the City Engineer for the expenditure of funda accruing to the City of Lynwood for the fiscal year 1940-41 from the "City Street '�-cent fund", be and the same is hereby adopted and ap- proved. Section 2. That the Mayor of the City of Lynvrood be and he is hereby authorized to execute all necessarp agreementa relative to the above mentioned fund for and on behalf oP the. City of Lynwood.
