RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHORIZING TFiE EXECUTION OF A_DEED
UPON�;PAYIuTENT OF�THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN. .
Be it resolved.by the City Council of the City oP Lynwood,
California, ae Pollowe: �

49HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has here- �

tofore, on the 29th day of October, 1940, accepted the offer
VParren P. Seott Yor the purchase oP all of the right, title and
' interest of the Qity oP Lynwood in and to certain land lying
within sald City; and
SNHEREAS, the property hereinafter deseribed �s�r� included
in said purchase and sale agreement; and �
YrHEREAS, said Warren P. 9cott has by assigninent duly exe—
cuted and filed wlth the City Clerk of the Citq of Lymvood soTd

and assigned to Morco Insurance Agency, Inc:, a corporation, all
rights arlsing from said agreement pertaining to the property
hereinafter deacribed; and
l'JHEREA,S, said Morco Insurance Agency, Inc.,.a corporation,
has exerciaed the`option contained in said agreement and has re— •
- quested a conneyance to it of the property hereinafter described
under the terms of said..agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Gouncil of the City_of Lynwood
does hereby resolve;_determine�and order as follows: �
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to the
- said I��orco Insnrance Agency, Inc., a corporation, said property
hereinaPter described, sub�ect to conditions, reatrictions, re—
- servations and easements oY record and sub�ect to assessments and
reassessments and bonded liens of record. That the Gity sha11
convey to said purchaser no other or greater title to said land

than has been acquired by.said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of the
sum oY Twenty Seven and 53/100 Dollars (�27.53), the Mayor of
the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed of conveyance of certain land hereinafter described, con—
veying the eame as above apecified to the Morco Inaurance Ageney,

InC►, a corporation, on behalf of the said City oY Lynwood, and
that the City Clerk of aaid City ie hereby authorized to atteat
said deed and to affix the Gity seal of the incorporated City of
Lynwood thereto, on behalf oY the said City of Lynwood:
Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City, on
behalf of said Gity, are hereby authorized to sign any escrow
agreement necessary to complete the tranafer of said land:
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said -0ity is authorized
to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on behalf of
the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon condition that the
said consideration sha_11 have been paid to said Gity.
Section 5. The property conveyed by this agreement 1s-y

Those certain parcels of land in the City of Lynwood,
Gounty of Loa Angeles, State oP California, describ—
ed as follo�s:
Lot 1096, in Tract No. 3025 as per Book 35, Pages 43
and 44 of Mapa, Records of, Los Angeles County.
