RESOLUTION OF TI� CITY COUNCIL OF TFiE CITY OF LYNVYOOD, CALIF�'ORIIIA,

TO TI3E VIOLATION OP CEF.T9IN RESTRTCTIONS AND ��'AIVING CERTAIN
RES�RVATIONS•
The City Council of tne City of Lynwood, Cali£ornia, �oes
hereby resolve as iollo�vs:
Section 1. That good cause appears for the wai��er by
the City of Lynv�ood of the right to declare a reversion of title
for a violation of the restriction that no buildino shall be erected,
placed or maintained on lot 177, Tract 2551, as per map recorded
in Book 24, Pages 78, 79 and 80 of Maps, records of L•os �n�eles
County, California, rsearer th�: thirty feot from the front line
of said premises.
Section 2. That good cause flirther appears for the
waiving of the reservation now affecting said lot which gives to
tne Cit;� of Lyn�vood the exclusive right to enter the same for the
purpose of constructing, inspecting, operatin�, and maintaining
gas and water pipes and telephone, electric light and power lines
in or overssaid propert� along the exterior boundaries of said lot.
Section 3. That the City Council does nereby abree to
a viol2tion of said restrictions and a �vaiver of said reservations.
� Section 4. That upon receipt of a deed executed and
acknowledged by the owners of said parcel of properts conveyin� to
the Cit� of Lynwood an easement in, over, under and across the
�vesterly five feet of said lot for street and side��ralk purposes
and conveying to the City of Lyn�vood an easement in, over, under,
and across the easterly ,( ,_ feet of said lot for the purpose
of constructing, inspecting, operating, and maintaining gas and
�vater pipes and telephone, electric li�ht and po�^�er lines, the
Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are nereby authorized and ordered
to er.ecute an agreement waiving violation of restrictions in

accordance lvith the foregoing.
