Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn�rood, California, as Section 1. That the supplement budget proposal submitted by the City Engineer for the expenditure of funds accruing to the City of Lynwood for the fiscal year 1941-42 from the "City Street �-cent fund", and the State Y.ighwa.y Tax Fund be and the same is hereby adopted and approved. Section 2. Tnat the P.4ayor of the City of Lynwood be and he is hereby authorized to e:�ecute all necessary agreements relative to the above mentioned fund for and on behalf of the City of Lynwood.
