Regular Meeting; -
Council met on regular session Mayor Vahlsing presiding
and Councilmen Boeke- Heddens- Hook- Junker and Okones present. -
Minutes of Apr 1st- 18th- and 25th were read and on motion
by Okones second. by Heddens, approved as read. motion carried.
The Wellsburg Fire Company asked the council for a new Battery
or a new Generator, and also a set of Knobby Tires all for the
Fire Truck- The matter was referred to the purchasing committee.
The matter of Main extention was referred. to the Waterworks Committ�
It was moved and seconded that the Clerk notify all water customers,
not now connected to the new Watermains, to make new connections
to the Regular water Mains. motion carried -
It was moved by Junker second. by Hook that the Waterworks
Committee purchase Tires and Battery for the New Fire Truck. Carried.
Tteasurers report was recel.ved, read and ordered placed on file.
It was movedn by Okones second by Hook that the Bonds of
Marshalls- Otta-Tjaden and. Fred Potter be appr oved. carried.
PARK The followingnamed were elected to serve as a Park board until
BOARD. the next regular Election.
Woodrow Linda.man- Richard3 Claassen- Raymond Riebkes.
It was moved by Hook second by Hedd.ens that the Clerk write
the Is. Mach & Sunply Co to send their service man out to make a
check-yp on our Cook Pump- motion carried.
The following Bills were read. and on motion by Junker second.
