A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RIVERDALE
TO GIVE A $100.00 REWARD FOR REPORTING VANDALISM TO CITY PARKS OR
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The City of Riverdale, Iowa ("Riverdale") wants to maintain their City
Parks and other City owned property in a clean, pleasant environment,
WHEREAS, Riverdale has had numerous occurrences of vandalism in the City parks and
properties
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Riverdale will pay a reward
of $100.00 to the person(s) who first communicate the information that ultimately leads to the
identification and apprehension of any person who willfully damages or destroys and City parks
or properties. If several persons furnish information that contributes to the identification and
apprehension, the reward may be apportioned among them in proportion to the value of the
information as determined by the City.
