Subject: First Amendment to Honorarium Agreement
Dear Ms. Graham Wade:
With regard to the honorarium agreement between the City of Temple City and Historic
Resources, Inc. (HRI) dated April 15, 2014, this letter serves to amend the following
language.
2.0 Scope of Services
HRI shall perform all work necessary to complete the Scope of Services (below)
by dace 301-4 August 31, 2014."
The amendment will provide HRI with sufficient time to complete the honorarium in terms
of interpretive web audio components and delays caused by City staffing changes.
To accept this amendment, please complete the following and send three copies for
execution to Marilyn Bonus, Deputy City Clerk, at the address above.
