RESOLUTIOIQ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNPl00D RESCIIdDING RESOLUTIUN
N0. 1312.
Be it; resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn–
wood, California, as follows: i
WHERE9S, this City Council did heretofore, on the 20th ,
day of May, 1941, a_dopt its Resolution No. 1312 entitled �'Re–
solution of the City Council of the City of Lynwood VJithdrativ–
ing Certain Property From Tax Sales A�reement"; and
Vr�iEREAS, a recent ruling of the Los 9ngeles County Audi–
torv�ould prevent the City of Lynwood from cancelling the taxes
to the property described in last said Resolution; and
P�HEREAS, it is, therefore, to tne best interests of the
City of Lynwood that said property be purchased from the Coun–
ty at tax sale.
NOPJ, TkEREFORE, tne City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve; determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That that certain Resolution No. 1312 hereto–
fore adopted on the 20th day of May, 1941, be and the same is
hereby rescinded.
5ection 2. That the City Clerk� be and he is hereby di–
rected to certify to the adoption of this resolution and to
deliver a certified copy thereof to the Tax Sales Depa.rtment
of Los Angeles County.
