A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYN[VOOD DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDEP. STREET
LI�HTING SERVICE ON CERTAIN BTREETS IN THE CITY
OF LYI�P�400D FOR P. PERIOD, BEGINNING JULY 1 i94i
AND ENDING JUNE jOTH, 1942
Be it resolved by the City Council o�P the City of �
1�ynwood as followe:- :
SECTION 1. Th�t the public intereat,and.convenience
require and it is the intention of theCity Council of the
City of Lynwood to arder the furnishin� of, for a period
commencing July 1, ig4i and ending June 30, 19�-2, the
service neceseary to mainta.in and illuninate by means of
electrical energy the suspended electric street 1am�e of
250 and 600 candle power and 2GO candle aower lampe on
ornamental standards in certain streets in the City of
L nrrood within the district described in Secti ^

of and to be knok�n ae Li�hting Malntenenc2 District No. 12
of the City of Lynweo3, in eccordance with plans and apeci—
flcations therefor, to be prepared, furnished and fils @
with the City Clerk of the City o: Lynwood as here±nafter
provided.
SSCTION 2, That the extarior boundaries of the dis—
trict to be benePited by said ic�provement and to be assess—
ed to pay the costs end exDensee thereof and to be known as
the a.ssessment distric.t, are deecribed as f ollows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 7, Block 2, Tract
