Minutes of the Town Commission, July 6,1938. - - -- 0 1 0 - - -- The regular meetings of the Town Commission scheduled for Vii, May 4th and June 1st, were postponed until July 6th, there being no business to come before the Commission. At the meeting held to -day, Commissioners Adams & Bauer were present. Due to the inconvenience of carrying the Bank account in West Palm Beach, which sometimes necessitated a special trip in order to de- posit small cash payments of taxes, Commissioners Adams and Bauer approved transferring the Bank account in the name of the "Town of Gulf Stream" from the West Palm Beach Atlantic National Bank, formerly the Central Farmers Trust `%ompany, to the Delray Bank known as the Florida State Bank. A check for the Balance in the West Palm Beach Bank amounting to $724.88 was drawn and Town Treasurer Bauer was authorized to open an account in the Florida State Bank. The follow- ing resolution was passed in order to furnish the Florida State Bank with a copy: "Resolved at a meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream, held on July 6th,1938 and attended by Commissioners Adams and Bauer, that Town Treasurer Bauer be authorized to transfer the bank a --count of the "Town of Gulf Stream" to the Florida State Bank in the amount of $724.88" There being no further business to come before the meeting, it was adjourned.
