CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2013-35
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF KATHLEEN
MARTIN FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Kathleen Martin's term on the Planning Commission of the city of Medina
does not expire until December 2015; and
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2013, Kathleen Martin submitted a letter of resignation from her
position on the Planning Commission addressed to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Kathleen Martin's resignation from her position as Planning Commissioner
shall become effective May 21, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Kathleen Martin's letter of resignation from the Planning Commission is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Martinson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Martin, Martinson, Pederson
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Weir)

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
