�� quire the refunding of the indebtednesa o£ Lynwood �cquisition and.Im-
provement.Districts Nos. 17,.18,. 20, 22, 23 and 28, and I,gn�rood Munici-
pal Improvement District No, 1; and .

" lies partially in the City op Lyriwood, partially in tho City oP South ,
Gate and partlally-in the County o`f Los Angeles; and
�VHEREAS, said �cquisition and Improvement Districts Nos. 17,
20, and 28 13e partially in the City of Lynwood and partially in the
' Citg of South Gate; and` '
�4VHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the Gounty of Los An-
, gelea levies the special assessment taxes for the payruent of principal
and intereat oP tha bonds�of said Acquisltion.and Improvement vistricts
Nos. 17; 18, 20, and and• ., �. '. , ,
-' tiNF3�'REAS; it is proposed by�the City Council of. the City of
Lynwood that.the indebtedness of all of the aYoresaid districta sha7:1
be refunded in a multiple proceeding under the Assessment Bond Re- `

ifJHEREaS, a form of 8esolution oP Intention.£on the refunding
.of the indebtedness of said distri'eta, complete exeept for the date

Section 1. That tha public interests, convenience and
necessity require the refunding of.the indebtednesa of Lynmood Acqui-
sition and Improvement Districts Nos. 17, 18, 20, 22, 23 and 28 and
Lynwood Municipal Improvement District No. l in a multiple proceeding,
under the provisions of the Assessment Bond Reftiinding Act oP 1933, as
amended.
Section 2. That this City Council proposes to conduc,t the

proceedings to refund the indebtedness of said diatricts and proposea
to adopt, after inserting an appropriate date of nearing, a Reso-
: lution oi Intention filed t'r_e da,y of , 1941.
Section 3. That this City Council hereby requeats tne con-
sent of tne City Council of the City of South Gate (in whicn munici-
pal3ty portiona of said Acquisition and Improvement Districts 17, 18,
20, and 28 lie) and the eonsent o£ the Board of Supervisora.of the
County of Los An�eles (that being the lagislative body which levies
the assessments for the payment of princ�pal �nd interost of the bonds
of said Lyntiood Acquisition and Improvement Districts 17, 18, 20 and
I 2II; also a portion of said Acquisition and Improvement District 18
�
lies in unincorporated territor3 of said County), to the refundin� of
the indebtedness of ail of the aforesaid districts under the afore-
said act and to tha levying oP e reassessment there£or. Said legis-
lative bodies are requested to expreas their respactive eonaenta by
resolution, a certified copy of which ahall be Piled with the Clerk oP
this City of Lynurood.
Section 4. 2'he Clerk of this City Coui�cSl,is hereby di-
rected to make certified�copies of this resolution and attach to each
thereof a cartified copy of said form of Resolution o£ Intsntion
filed the day of , 1941, and to file orie of said cer-
tified copies �vith the Board o� Supervisors of the County of Los An-
geles and one �ith the City Council of the City oP South Gate.
