Be it resnbed by the City Council of the City of Lynwood, California, as follows: PIHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lyn�WOOd did here— tofore, on July 1, 1941,.adopt its Resolution No. 1333 entitled as hereinafter set forth; and WHERF.AS, good cause appeare for the rescinding of said resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood, California, does hereby reaolve as follows: Section 1. That that certain Resolution No. 1333 hereto— fore adopted by this City Council on July 1, 1941, entitled, "A reeolution of the City Council oP the City of Lpnwood deter— �ining that the public interest, convenience and necessity re— quire the refunding of the indebtedness of Lynwood Acquisition and Improvement Distrlcts Nos. 1?, 18, 20, 22, 23 and 28, and Lynwood Municipal Improvement District No. l, and requeating, the consent of the City Council of the City of South Gate and � the Board of Supervisors of the County of Los Angelea to said � refunding." be, and the same is hereby rescinded.
