RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE

be it resolved by tne City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California, as follo�ea:
V�'::EP.EAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood 'nas here-
tofore, on the 29th day oi October, 1940, accepted the offer of
4Varren P. Scott for tne purcnase of all of the right, title and
interest of the City oi Lynwood in and to certain lands lying
within said City; and
?"lHEREAS, the properties hereinafter described cvere included
in said. purchase and sale agreem_ent; and
I�HEREAS, said R'arren P. Scott has by assignment duly exe- i
cuted and filed witn the City Clerk of the City o£ Lynwood sold
a.nl assigned to T�iorco Insurance Agency, Inc., a corporation,
' all rights arising from said agreement;pertaining to the pro-
perties hereinafter described; and
N��IEREAS, said Ddoreo Insura.nce Agency, Inc., a corporation,
has exercised the o�tion contained in sa.id agreement and ha.s
requested a conveyance to it of the properties nereinafter des-
cribed under the terms of said agreement.
PI0�3�, ^1HEF.EFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve, determine and order as follovrs:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to the
said Morco Insurance Agency, Inc., a corporation, said �roper-
ties hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements of record and sub,ject to assessments
and reassessments and bonded liens of record. That the City
shall convey to said purchaser, no other or greater title to

said lands than has been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lyrnwood of the
su� of Twenty—Two and 94/100 Dollars (�22.94) tne T.!�Iayor of the
City of Lyn�vood is hereby a.uthoMzed and directed to er.ecute a
deed of conveyance of certain lands hereinafter described, con—
veying the same 'as above specified to the S�4orco Insurance Agency,
Inc., a corporation, on behali of tne said City of Lyn���ood, and
that the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
sa.id deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City
of Lynvrood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lymaood.
Section 3. That tne i:Ra.yor and Gity Clerk of said City, on
behalf of said City, are hereb;/ authorized to sign any escrow
agreement necessary to complete the transfer of eaici lands.
Section 4. That the City �lerY. oi said City is authorized
to deliver said deed to the grantee therein naraed, on behalf of
the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon condition tha.t the
said consideration sha11 have been paid to s�ic� City.
Section 5. The properties conveyed by this agreement are
described a.s follotivs, to wit:
Those certain parcels of land in the City of Lynvrood,
County of Los Aneeles, State of California, describ—
ed as follo��s:
Lot 7, Block C, in Tract IlTO. 6a73 as per Book ?0 page�
15 of N?aps Records of Los Angeles Gounty.
