' RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTP.TE
AND AUTi�OHIZING THE EXECUTIORi OF A DEED
UPON PAYTJIENT OF THE CONSIDERATION PJp.PHED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the Gity Council of tne City of Lynv.�ood,

4'JHEREAS, -the City Council of the City.oP Lymvoo� has here—
tofore, on.the 29th day of October, 1940, accepted the offer of
ti�arren P. Scott for the purchase of all of the right, title and
interest of the City of Lynwoo@ in and to certa.in la.nds lying
within said City; and j
VvHEREAS, the properties hereinafter described were included
in said �urchase and_ sale agreenent; and
WTiEREA5, said Vdarren P. Scott has by assignment duly exe—
cuted and filed witn tne City Clerk of tne City of Lynwood s:old

and aseigned to Security Realty Corporation, Ltd., a, California.
corporation, a11 rights a_rising from said agreement pertaining
to the pronerties hereinafter described; and
?;�F?E_REAS, �aid Sscurity Realty Corpora_tion, Ltd., a California
corporation, has exercised the option contained in said a�ree=
ment and has requested e. conveyance to it of the properties
hereinafter described under the terms of said agreement.
NO�Y, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Gity of Lynwood
c�oes hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section l. That the City of .L,ynv�:ood sho11 convey to the
said Security Realty Corporation, Ltd., a California corporation,
said pr.operties hereinafter described, sub,jectcto conditions,
restrictions, reservations and ea.sements of record a.nd sub�ect
to assessments and reassessments and bonded liens of r2cord.
That tne City shall convey to said purchaser no other or greater

title to said lands than nas been acquired by sa.id Citp. ,
Section 2. That upon �ayment t� the City of Lym,00d of the
sum of Three Hundred Nine and 24f100 Dollars (�309.24) the.�4ayor
, of the City of Lynvrood is hereby authorized and directed to exe-
cute a deed of conveyance of certain lands hereinafter described,
conveyin� the same as above specified to the Security Realty Cor-
noration, Ltd., a California corporation, on behalf of the said
City of Lynwood, and that the City Clerk of sa.id City is hereby
authorized to a.ttest said deed and to affix the City sea.l of the
incorporated City of Lynu�ood thereto, on behalf of the sa.id City
of Lynwood.
Section 3. That i,he P.4ayor a.nd City Clerx of said City, on
beha.lf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any escrow
a.�reement necessary to complete the transfer of said. la.nds. .
9ection 4. That the Citg Clerk of said City is authorized '
to deliver sa.id deed to the gra.ntee tnerein named, on beha.lf of
the said City of Lyn�vood, as soon as„ or upon condition that the
� said consideration shall have been paid to said City.
Section 5. The properties conveyed by this agreement are
described as follo+.vs, to wit:
