RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'PHE CITY
OF LYN�uV00D UUITHDRAWING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROT�
TAX SAI;�S AC3REE119ENT. �
Be it resolved by the City Council of.the City oP Lymvood,
Californis as follo�s:
WHEREAS, by agreement dated July 5, 1939 the City o*_' Lyn-
wood agreed to purchase and the County oP Los Angeles agreed to sell
certain propertp herainafter described under the provisions of the
law relatin� to the sale oP tax daeded lands; and -
irVHEREAS, tne sale of said property has been approved by
the State Controller and the Tax Collector of said County 3s now
publisning his riotico of intention to sell said propertq in accor-
dance with law; and
VYH�,Hr.AS, by Reaolntion No. 1299, adopted April 15, 1941,
(Tex Sales Application No. 105) said City has again requeated said
County to enter into an agreement for the sale of said property; and
WH�REAS; by reason of the sale now being had under said
a�reement dated July 5, 1939 the ofPer to purchase said property as
contained in said Rosolution No. 1299 should be rescinded.
, NOFJ, THEREFORE, the.C3ty COUi1C11 oP the City oi LyTlwoOd,
CaliPornia doea heroby resolve, determine and order as Pollows;
5ection 1. That tha said-City does hereby
withdraw its proposal to purchase the property
herainafter deacribed from the County of Los
Angelea as provided by that certain o£fer adopted
under Resolution No. 1299 of the City Council oP
the City oP Lynwood. '
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution and shall file a

certified copy thereoP with the tax sales de-
partment oP the Los Angeles County Ta�c Collec-
tor�s Office.
Saction 3. The property herein rePerred to is
particularly deacribad as follows:

of CaliYornia, described as Pollows:
Parcel IQo. 1: Partition of a portion oP the
Home Trace oP Antonio Maria Lu�o and t�aria

that part in Lynwood Acquisition and Improve-
ment District No. 18, Zone V of Oacar Tower
40.06 acre allotment.
Parcel No. 2. Partition of a portion of the
Home Tract o�' Antonio Maria Lugo and Maria
German Lugo in Rancho San Antonio, 2.83 acres,
N.E. 126.07� oP 5..�. 151.07� of Oacar To�ror
40.06 acre allotment.
