On or before December 31, 1948, the City of Moab, in Grand County, Utah,
for value received, promises to pay to TheFirst National Bank of Moab, or order, the
sum of Fifteen hundr4d Dollars ($1500.00), at The First National Bank of Moab, in
Moab, Utah, with interest at the rate of four per cent (4%) psr annum from date
hereof until paid.
Said City further agrees *pay a reasonable attorneyis fee in case suit
shall be brought on this note, said gee td,'ae taxed es a part of the costs in the
case.
• This note is issued by th4 Tity Council of Moab, Utah, in conformity to a
resolution passed and adopted by sed,d,Counbil on the 3rd day of February, 1948, and
under authority conferred upon said'Cbhncil by the provisions of Section 15-8-6, Utah
