� Be it resolved b;� the Ci�y CounciT rof the City of Lynwood,
Califorriia, as follovJS:'
Yv'I3EREf!S, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has here-
' tofore, on the 29th day of October, 1940, accepted the offer of
`a"Jarren P. Scott for the purchase of all of the right, title and
interest o£ the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying
within said City; and �
l�J'r�REriS, the properties hereinafter described were included �
in said purchase and sale a�reement; and
V�7Y3EREAS, said P. Scott has by assignment duly exe-
cuted and filed v�itn the Gity Clerk of the City of Lynvvood sold
and assigned to �'�ox'oo Insurance AgencJ, Inc•, a corporation,
all rights arisin� frori said agreement pertaining to.tre pro-
, _:
'°- perty hereinaitar described; and '
i"T�3EP�EAS, said 'tiIorco Insurance Agency, Inc., a corpora,tion,
has exercised the option contained in said agreement and. has
requested a conveyance to it of the property hereinafter des-
cribed undor the terms of ,said a�reement. '
A Ti�RFFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby resolve, determine and order as follotvs:
Section 1. That the Cit;� oP Lynwood shall convey to the
said N?orco Insurarce Agency, Inc., a corporation, said property
hereinaiter described, subject.to considerations, restrictions,
reservations and easements of' record and subject to assessments
and reassessments and bonded liens.of record. That the Cit� shall
� convey to said purchaser no other or gre2ter title to sa3d lands
�tnan has boen acquired by said Gity.

Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwiood of the
sum of Thirty-three and 74/100 Dollars ($733.74) the N:ayor of the
City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
deed of conveyence of certain land nereinafter described, con-
veying the same as above specified to the P.�Iorco Insurance Agency,
Inc., a corporation, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and
that the City Clerk of said City is hereb� authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the Citg soal of the incorporated City
of Lyn�vood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That tho �ayor and City Clerk o£ said City, on
behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any escro�l
agreer,ient necessary to complete the transEer of said lands.
Section 4. That the Cits Clerk of said City is authorized
to deliver said deed to the �rantee therein named, on behal£ of
the said City of Lyn�vood, as soon as, or upon condition that the
said consideratior_ shall havo been paid to said Cit}.
Section 5. The property conveyed by tn3s agreement is�
described as follows, to v�it:
That certain parcel of lann in the City of Lynv�ood,
County of Los Angeles, State of Cali.fornia, describ-
ed as £ollows:
Lot 13 Block 14, in Belle-Vernon Acres, as per Book 9.
