and shall not receive and additional salary for the comoined office, ��

salaries and compensations, to-wit:

Class B--�p140 per month Class F--4�181.50 per month

(10) Helpers and Laborers in the V�iater Departmer_t shall receive
the followinb salaries and compensations, to-tait:

(11) The Ci.ty �naineer shall be ex-officio Superintendent of
Streets but shall receivo no additional salary or cornpensation therefor.

(30) The Cit,y Judf;e shall recoive a salary and compensation
of �110.00 per month. �
(31) The City Attorney� shall receive a salar,y and compensation
of °,�110.00 per month, plus such additional compensation to take care
of any liti�ation filed a�ainst the ci_ty from timo to time a� the
City Council may aut7orize.
(32) The Police PlIatron shall receive no furtiier compensation other
than that fixec'. for clerks� under subsection 1 under c.lass °G".
Section 2• `Phat all clerks and stenograpners shall oe subject
to trAnsfer and assi�nment to �t.�ork amon� tne different departme��lts
ct_thout any increase in corn_aensatior.
Section 3. lhat these classifications shall be in full forco
and eifect i!n.mediately after the oassaee and adop�ion oi this reso-
lution.
Section 4. That anJ off'icer or head of department or member
of departmenti or emnloyee of the Gity oi Lyn�^rood tvi�o has been em-
ployed co;ztinuousl;� for a period of' six month sha11 be given a+one
�veek vacation vaith full pay.

Section 5. T1?at vacation periods, if taken at all, mus� Ue
taken within the calen�iar vear and shall not bo accumulative.
Section 6. Th�t an� officer or head of department or momber
of department or employee of the City of LJnv:ood sl�all be given the
privils�e of two v�eeks' full pay on sick leave in`any one year pro-
vided, hcv�ever, tnat such sick leave shall not be �ranted nor paymer_t

statement sho�rin� the emergency and necessit� tnerefor and provided
further that sucn stc� leave provisions snall not be available to any
employee of the City �^�ho has not ceen continuously an employee of
the City for at least six months.

ion of the City Attorney, shall be paid semi-mor_th1y. The s�lary
of the City Httorney shall be paid monthlf•
