SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
FOR DESIGN AND PRINT SERVICES
FOR QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER
The undersigned do hereby amend the Agreement between the City of Temple City
(CITY) and The Sauce Creative Services (CONTRACTOR), dated July 1, 2010, as
follows:
1.3 Schedule of Performance & Term
The term of this agreement shall be extended June 30, 2012.
Exhibit "8" SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE
CITY and CONTRACTOR shall provide information to each other in accordance with
the following schedule:
Issue Articles due to CONTRACTOR Newsletter to Post Office
Winter 2011 October 20, 2011 November 23, 2011
Spring 2012 January 26, 2012 February 22, 2012
Summer 2012 May 3, 2012 June 6, 2012
Exhibit "C" COMPENSATION
The CITY shall pay CONTRACTOR to perform the services provided for herein as
follows:
$7,650 for design, layout, art, typesetting, printing, and delivery of 14,000 full color, 16 -
page brochure on 70 Ib. gloss
Notwithstanding the aforementioned Amendment, all other provisions of said Agreement
shall remain in effect.
