A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYN-
WOOD, CALIFOHIQIA, ADOPTING DIAGRlu't4, PLAT AND IVIAP
SUBn4ITTED BY THE ACTING CITY ENGINEER IP1 THE PROCEED-
ING FOR THE REFUNDING OF THE OUTSTANDING INDEBTEDNESS
OF ACQUISITION AND IMPROV�P:4ENT DISTRICTS NOS. 17, 18,
20, 22, 23 AND 28 AND MUNICIPB�, II�PROVr"�JIENT DISTRICT N0.
1, OF TAE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
�lHEREAS, the �ity of Lynwood has heretofore determined that
the public interest, convenience and necessity require the rePunding
in one proceeding of all the outstanding bonds and unpaid interest
coupons of Acquisition and Improvement Districts Nos. 17, 18, 20,
22, 23 and 28 and Municipal Improvement District No. 1 of the City of
Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, the acting City.Engineer has presented to this
Council a diagram, plat and map indicating by boundary line the extent
of the total territory comprising all of Acquisition and Improvement '
Diatricts Nos. 17, 18, 20, 22, 23 and 28 and �.qunicipal Ir�provement
District No. 1 of the City of Lynwood;
NON7, THEREFORE, it ia hereby resolved by the City Council
oP the City oY LynvJOOd, California, as follows: �
S ection l: That the diagram, plat and map sut�mitted by the
City Engineer indicating by a boundary line the total territory cor�-
prising all of Acquisition and Improve�aent Districts Nos. 17, 18, 20, _
22, 23 and 28 and 84unicipal Improvement Dietrict No. 1 of the Gity of
Lynwood is hereby adopted and approved.
Section 2: Said diagram, plat and map shall be filed in
the office of the Clerk of said City Council to be there kept on file
by him as a part of the files of the proceedings for the refunding of
the outatanding indebtedness of Acquisition and Improvec�ent Districts
Nos. 17, 18, 20, 22, 23 and 28 and Municipal Improvement District No.
l of the City oP Lynwood.
