in said purchase and sale agreerr�ent; and •
WH�REAS, said-'�Yarren P. Scott has by assignment duly exe- �

cuted arid filed wi.th the City �le_r'k oP the City of Lvnwood sold �

tion, all rights arising froin said agreement pertainin� .to the pro- .

hes exercised the option contained in-said egree�ent and has reques-
te@ a conveyance to it of the propertg hereinafter described under

Sect'on l. �at tae City of Lynwood shall c�nvey to the
' said Security R y,Corporation, Ltd., s corporation,-said pro-
perties hereinafter described, subject to conditions, restrictions,
� reservations and easements of.record and subject to assess_uents
` and reassassr:�ents and bor_ded liens of record. .That the
�- shall convey to'said pur ahaser no other or greater title.to �

said lands than has been acquired by said C±ty.
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynv�ood of the
su.m of Four-Hundred Forty-four and O6/100 Dollars (�444.06) the
Pdayor of the City of Lynwood is herebs authorized and dir�cted to
exec�zte,a deed of conveyance of certain lands hereinafter descri-
bed, conveyin� the same as above specified to the �ecurity Realty
Corporation, Ltd., a Gorporation, on behalf of the.said City of
Lyntivood, and that tae-City Clerk of said City is hereby authorizod
to attest said deed and to affix the Cit� seal of the incorporated
City of Lynwoodiheret�, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
� Section 3. T1?at ti�e �ayor and City Clerk of said City, on
behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any escroro
' agraement necessary to complete the trans£er of said 1ax�.
Section 4. That t�e City Clerk of said City is authorized
• to deliver said deed to the �rantee t�erein named, on behalf of
�the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon condition that the
said consideration,shall have,been paid to s�id City.
