RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CGUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYN�NOOD, CONSENTING TO THE REFUNDIDIG OF
THE INDEBTEDNESS OF ACQUISITION AND IMPROVE-
' NIENT DISTRICTS NOS. 17, 18, 20, 22, 23 AND
28, ,AND TJIUNICIPAL IP.�IPROVEP.4ENT DISTRICT' N0.

IN SAID DISTRICT$ OWIQED BY SAID CITY.
PIHERFAS, this City Council is conducting a proceeding to
refund the indebtedness of Acquisition and Improvement Districts
Nos. 17, 18, 20, 22, 23 and 28, and Pnunicipal Improvement Dis-
trict No. 1, of the City of Lynwood, under the Assessment Bond
Refunding Act of 1933, as amended, andYas adopted its Resolution
No. 1353 declaring its intention to refund the indebtedness of
said districts in a, multiple district nefunding nroceeding; and
t4�HEREAS, the City oY Lynwood the oevner of certain lands
within the boundaries of the area comprising the multiple dis-
trict refunding oY said districts; and
FTHEREAS,_it is desirable, and the public interest, conven-
ience and necessity requiree that the City of Lynwood, as orvner
of said lands, consent to such a refunding and to the levy of
ona assessment (sometimes called reas�essnent) therefor, and
this City Council is authorized by said Act to consent to said
refunding and to the levy of said assessment (sometimes called
reassessment) on behalf of said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby resolve; determine and order as follows:
Section'1. That this City Council, on behalf of the City
of Lynvuood, does hereby consent to the refunding of,the indebt-
edness o£ Acquisition and Improvenent Diatricts Nos. 17, 18, 20,
22, 23 and 28, and aIunicipal Improvement District DIo. 1, of the
City of Lynwood, under the provisions of the Assessment Bond

Refunding Act of 1933,�as amended, and�to the levy of one

� assessment (sometimes called reassessment) therefor, upon the ,
1„ terma stated in said Resolution Pdo. 1353, and further hereby

�. consents to the refunding of said indebtedness upon &113r terms
permitted under said Act, provided the total a.mount of�the
assessment (sometimes called reassessment) levied in the rePund-
in� proceeding shall not exceed the total maximum principal
amount oP the assessment (sometimes ca.11ed reassessment) as
stated in said resolution.
Section 2. That the lands hereinabove reierred to and for �
arhich this consent is given are'particularly described as follows: ,
