Be it resolved by the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn�
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREA5, the City Council of the Ci.ty of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 21st day of OctQber _� 1941 , accepted
the oPfer of Security-Firat National Bank of Los Angelea, a
Banking Association, '
National /. for the purchase of all of the right, title
and intereat of•the City of Lyrn�rood in and to certaln lands
lying within said Gity; � .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
�k Section 1. That the Gity of Lynwood shall convey to
i the said securlty-First National Bank of Los Angeles,•a Na-
� Banking Association,
i tional / said property hereinnf�er described, sub�ect to
�` canditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of re--
� cord and sub�ect to aessssments and reassessments.and bonded
liens of record. That the City ahall convey to said pur--
�
! chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
� been acquired by said City,
` Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of

' the sum of One Thousand Seventy-cne and 80/100 Dollars
`, ($1,071.80) the tuIayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
� orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
_�. tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
s
specified to 8ecurity-First National Bank of Los Angeles, a
� Banking Aasociation,
'! National / on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
.( the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest �

� said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated Ci.ty

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the sald City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Nia,yor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece<_aary to cemplete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4� That tne Cit,y Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said considera.tion shall have been paid to
said City,
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit:
That certain parcel of la.nd in the City of
Lynwood, County of Loe Angeles, State of California,
deacribed as follo�a:
Lot 33, Tract No. 2551, as per map recorded in Book
2�, Pa�es 78, 79, and SO of Maps, Recorda of Loa An-
gelea County.
