THEREIN�
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
, W'HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 21at day of October , 194 l, accepted
the offer of Kate Walker
for the purchase of all of the right, tltle
and interest of the City of Lyne�ood in and to certain �ands
lying within sald City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the Clty of Lyniuood shall convey to
the"said Kate Walker
said property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
conditions, restrictiona, reservations and easementa of re--
cord and�sub�ect to as�essments and reassessmenta and bonded
11ens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City oP Lynwood of
the sum oP Four Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars (�450.00)
the 1vIayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-.
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer- I
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a.s above '
specified to Kate Walker
on behalf of �the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereb,y authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the City seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on beha.lf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement nece=.aa.•ry to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4� That the Cit,y Clerl: of sa.id C1ty is author-
ized to deliver said deed *o the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said consider��.tion shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement Ss
described as follows, to wit:
Those certain parcels of land in the City oP
. Lynwood, County of Loa AngeTes, State of California,
described as follows:
Lots 6,� �; and 19; all in Block 6, Mod�eaka Park, as
per map recorded in Book 9, Pages 142 and 143 of F.4aps
Records of Los Angelea County.
