Y Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn»
• wood, California, as follows:
W'HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
, heretofore, on the 21st day of October , 1941., accepted
the offer of John Bucher and Maria Bucher,,husband and wife
' tenants '
as ,�oint / for the purchase of all of the right, title
and lritereat of the City of Lymrood.in and to certain lands
: lying within .said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Counci� of the City of Lyn-
" - wood does herelay resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of. Lynwood ahall convey to
the said John Bucher and Adaria Bucher, husband and wife ae
I ° � tenants" . �
� �oint / eaid property hereinafter described, sub�ect to
cqnditions, resti�lctiona, reservations and easements of re--
cord and sub�ect to assessments and reassesaments and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
chaser no other or greater title to said lands than has
been acquired by said City.
Section 2. That.upon payment to the City oP Lynwood of
the.sum of -0 ne Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($150.00}
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby aiath-
orized and directed to execute a deed oP conveyance of cer- .
tain land"hereinafter described,°conveying_the same�as`above`,�
specified to John Bucher and Maria Bucher, husband and wife
ten�nta
as ,joint / on behalf of the.said City of Lynwood, and that
. the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
said deed and to affix the seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and•City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby,.authorized to sign any •
escrow agreemerit necesaary to compleCe the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That tfie Cit,y Clerk of said C1ty is author-
ized to deliv.er said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of, the said City of. Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition that the said considera.tion shall have been paid to
said City.
Section 5. The property coveyed by�this agreement ia
described as follows, to wit:
• That� certain parcelsof land in the City of
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as follows:"
Lot 150, Tract No. 921, as per map recorded in Book
18, Pages 106 and 1�7 oP Iviaps, Recorda of Los Angeles
County.
APPAOVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October , 194 1.
