RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHO�IZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYfuiEI4T OF THE CONSIDERATION NAIviED
THEREIN.
. Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as Yollows:
. WHEREAB, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore,.on the 21st day of October , 194 1, accepted
the offer of V. A. Nation
' for the purchase of.all of the right, title
and intereat of the C1ty of Lymvood in and to certain lands
lying within said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:.
Section 1. That the City oP Lynwood shall convey.to
the said V. A. Nation
said property herelnafter described, sub�ect to
condltione, restrlctlone, reservations and easementa of re-
oord and sub�ect to assesements and reassessmenta and bonded
liens of record. That the City shall convey to said pur-
• chaser no other or greater title �to said lands than hae
been acquired by eaid City.
3ection 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynwood oY
the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty-five and O1/100 Dollara
($885.01) the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter descrlbed, conveying the same as above
specified to V. A. Nation
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that
the City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest
s�id deed and to affix the City'seal of the incorporated City

of Lynwood thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. That the Niayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any
escrow agreement necer..�asy to complete the transfer of said
lands.
Section 4. That the Cit,y Clerl, of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lynwood, ae soon as, or upon con-
dition tha.t the said consideration shall have been paid to
said City.
; Section 5. The property coveyed by this agreement is
described as follows, to wit: •
, Those certain parcels of land in the City of
Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as follows: ,
Lota 87, 186,.205, 206, 207, 209 and 210, Tract No.
8716, as per map recorded in Sook 145, Pages 63 and
64 of Rgaps, Records of Los Angeles County.
Lot 1363,- Tract No. 3389, as per map recorded in Book
37, Page 33 of Maps, Records of�Los Angeles County.
APPROVED AND ADOFTED this 27-at day of October , 194 1.
